I use this for my horses to increase the strength of the hooves. A lot of time a supplement might say it has biotin, but the amount is infinitesimal. This product is fantastic... it's a plentiful supply for me to add to the food of three different horses at 1200+ lbs each. THANK YOU for making this affordable.

UPDATE 2021: So here’s the math- A dash is the measurement I use. I’m now buying 50 grams. So, about 12 teaspoons in 50 grams. A dash is 1/8 a teaspoon. 8 x 12=96. This should last 3 months. Still 100+ every 3 mos. instead of 6, but I do feel I need it. Hopefully, the world market settles and price goes back down. This company is straight and responded to my disappointment with price increase. Their price went up too. You won’t find a better product in my opinion. This is straight Biotin and works for high dose therapy. I am Roberts wife. I ordered the scale, great price and easy to use. American Weigh Scales AWS-600-BLK Digital Personal Nutrition Scale, Pocket Size, Black I also ordered the spoons. The middle spoon seems to work best for the .3 measurement. Norpro Mini Stainless Steel Measuring Spoons, Set of 5 (tad, dash, pinch, smidgen and drop) I have MS-Multiple Sclerosis. I want to slow, or stop progression and if myelin has a chance to regenerate, even better. After 3 weeks on High Dose Biotin, I went for my Hormone Replacement Therapy and had blood drawn. This is IMPORTANT! ***High Dose Biotin will throw off your lab results!*** I’m always very low Testosterone and semi low estrogen when I have blood taken. My labs came back High Levels of both! Had a redraw 5 days after first draw, and it came back even higher! So, I am now going off the Biotin for 10 days and then I’ll have another blood draw done. I’ll update then. Just wanted to let you all know, so you don’t have to go threw several blood draws, only to find out Biotin has thrown your counts off. You can read about it if you google it. It throws off hormone count, thyroid count and others, so take time to research. Other than that, it is awesome and I look forward to starting the therapy again. After 21 days, neuropathy was better in feet and legs. Bonus of hair and nails looking great! Since pandemic- didn’t have normal availability. I paid 109.64 Jan 30, 2020. Now priced 270.96! Unreal! I’ll keep watching, but not buying for now. I actually bought smaller size for 120.00 which was crazy! But I need it, soooo. The company contacted me promptly to let me know they couldn’t get it cheaper due to pandemic and the shortages of product and production. Well, just got on to order and BOOM! They shortage and production are finally normal again! Awesome!

Body response gives clear indication that this is legit. 1) When I get muscle cramps, this helps. 2) When I get muscle twitches, this helps. 3) This is part of a detox formula, and if it wasn't pure then we'd expect to notice.

Don’t buy anything smaller than the 3.5 ounces, way too small. I made the mistake of buying 1.75 and wished I got the larger package. Also, these cheapos DO NOT PROVIDE A SCOOP. I won’t be using them again just because of that reason alone, I can’t use it in a hospital setting because the nurses won’t be using an mg scale.

Amazing product

The measuring and dosage doesn’t make sense. It’s a very small bag and Theres no way to take such a small amount. If you did it would be a major pain to try to measure and figure out how much to take. Would not recommend.

Product is great. Would recommend adding a desiccant sachet and checking the correct RDI as the company has a habit of suggesting much higher amounts than the average RDI.
