I struggle with sleep - even without drinking much caffeine in the afternoons. I decided to give these a try over the generic melatonin I’d been using in the past from Walmart. I’m not usually a gummy person, but these are great. They taste almost like candy, but not nasty in some other gummy ways. There’s no aftertaste and no sugary coating on top. The bottle is easy for an adult to open, but still a little challenging for kids. The size of the each gummy is manageable, and the color is as to be expected. Overall a pleasant alternative to the pills I’ve used in the past, no bitter taste, and they’ve very effective. I fall asleep much more quickly! I haven’t had wonky dreams and I also don’t feel groggy waking up in the middle of the night if one of my kiddos needs me.

They help me relax and sleep well. And the taste is very pleasant. I like the product. I don't use it very often, but it works quite well.

Olly sleep gummy is the only brand of sleep gummy I likes and have been purchasing from Amazon whatever it us on sale ! I have sleep problem for years , one of my friend referred this to me many years ago! I love how it taste! No side affects and no addiction to it! Easy to swallow ! It definitely helps me calm down 30 months before I go to bed and make me sleep faster and sleep better throughout the night!

I’ve been taking these before bed for a couple of weeks, and they really help me relax and fall asleep faster. The blackberry flavor actually tastes good, which makes it easy to stick with. I still wake up once in a while, but overall my sleep feels deeper and I’m less groggy in the morning. My wife tried them too and said she noticed a difference after a few nights. The only thing I’d change is the price since the bottle doesn’t last super long, but they work well for what they’re meant to do.

This works well my daughter uses it and it helps her sleep. She takes it around seven and she’s knocked out by 9:30 PM. She was having issues sleeping before hand and now she’s able to get to bed on time and a full nights rest. Glad we tried these and taste pretty good.

It really works, got some great sleep and it's tasty, not alot of sugar, soft , true to ingredients.

Not sure what it is about these things but I have the most trouble sleeping and these make me sleepy and relaxed ~30 min after taking them. I used to take 10mg of melatonin or extra strength Benadryl to sleep, but these only have 3 mg of melatonin and work so well to make me sleepy and peaceful! Big recommend.

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of night (2am or 3am) and have hard time falling back to sleep, so I need a little bit of help, just a bit of low dose melatonin to get into the sleepy mode. Olly definitely worked, and even works if I cut the gummy in half. So no complain about the advertised effect. However, what I don't like is that it's sweet gummy and it can stuck on your teeth, because it means I have to get up to brush my teeth at 2am or 3am, makes it harder to fall back to sleep after.

I love Olly. Established brand from the US. Can you please sell in India - directly? This is so expensive

It works for me but please be sure to take it before bed time, not too late or too early. I did notice that I had a hard time waking up. That can be easily solved by getting at least 8 hours of sleep.

Not sure why I got sleep gummies cos it’s not the most convenient to have to brush your teeth again after popping them. As with most sleep supplements it gave me crazy dreams
