What size nitrile gloves fit over the top of these?

I use 2xl ,and have LARGE hands

I work in child care. Constant hand-washing causes cracks in my hands. Can these be used when hand-washing with kids?

These aren’t water proof if that’s what you are asking. They are thin knit gloves.

Are these ok for food handling?

I wouldn't recommend them for food handling unless you had a pair of nitrile gloves as the outer covering. They protect your hands from excess heat or cold but they would absorb moisture and residue from food if you didn't have another covering on top.
