I’ve been using this pan daily for about three weeks, mostly for eggs, sautéed vegetables, and quick chicken dishes, and it has performed really well so far. What I like: Nonstick performance: Eggs slide right off with just a small amount of oil. Even heating: On a gas stove it heats evenly without hot spots. Comfortable handle: Stays cool and feels sturdy. Easy cleanup: A quick wipe with a paper towel or a gentle sponge is enough. Things to consider: The pan is a bit lighter than I expected, which I actually like for handling, but it may feel less substantial if you prefer heavier cookware. It’s not dishwasher safe, so hand washing is needed to protect the coating. Durability: After three weeks, no scratches or peeling, but I only use silicone or wooden utensils as recommended. Bottom line: If you want a nonstick pan for everyday cooking that’s easy to use and clean, this is a solid option. Time will tell on long-term durability, but so far I’m very happy with it.

Used this today to make an omelet. It’s the perfect size. EASY to clean, totally non stick.

Read the enclosed instructions and information booklet. There are several pages. How to wash, store, heat etc. The pan is the perfect size for cooking a couple of eggs or single hamburger. Great for when my large pan is too much.

I bought two of these - one 11in and one 8 in. I thought they looked similar to the ones I have had for a few years. I was disappointed. The 11 in one came broken (handle was broken), and the 8 in one does not work in induction stovetop. I tried for like 10 mins in my different induction stovetops and none worked - it stayed cold. I then grabbed one of my regular ceramic pans and it immediately got hot and started cooking. Definitely not induction or at least defective. So disappointing.

Not really non-stick, now its stained

I love this pan! I bought it a year and a half ago and we’ve used it nearly everyday since. Still today my pan is scratch free and the nonstick surface is as good as new. It cooks wonderfully on my flat surface stove. It’s ideal for any small pan need from cooking an omelette to sautéing onion & garlic, and even frying a single burger. Everything cooks evenly and nothing sticks - not even cheese! Washing it is a breeze! While I prefer that it’s hand washed, it has survived several cycles of the dishwasher without any damage. This high quality pan is worth the investment. It would make a great gift. I highly recommend!
