This Neosporin Dual Action cream is a really convenient version to keep in the first aid kit. It combines the familiar antibiotic ointment with maximum-strength pain relief, which makes it especially useful for minor cuts, scrapes, and small burns. The cream texture spreads easily and absorbs well without feeling overly greasy. It stays in place nicely under a bandage and doesn’t have a strong smell. The added pain relief component is a nice bonus when dealing with tender spots that are a little more uncomfortable than usual. The 1 oz tube is compact but lasts a long time since you only need a small amount per use. It’s easy to toss into a travel bag or keep in a drawer for quick access. Overall, this is a practical, dual-purpose first aid option that’s great to have on hand for everyday minor injuries. Simple, effective, and convenient.

This is my go to first aid creme antibiotic. I take a tube with me when I travel overseas. I also like the pain relief which is great for burn type wounds. I prefer the creme to the ointment because the ointment seems to be a bit oily to me.

I tried this after trying a prescribed cortisone steroid-cream for "No-see-ums" bites (aka midges) while on vacation. I had never heard of them before or seen them, and by the time you realize you have multiple bites (cause you don't feel the bites either) you end up with large welts on your body that itch like crazy. I tried other over the counter meds too which did not help. Finally I found Neosporin which has triple antibiotics, stopped the itching and pain. Up until then I couldn't even wear shorts in 90 degree temps cause my legs looked like I had leprosy or something like that. I have used it since on minor cuts or scrapes & they clear up pretty quick.

This is a great product. What makes my praise is that it is a cream. Not messy. I like it better than the ointments. It will be my choice from now on.
