Evergreen Blue Sea Glass Bird Bath with Metal Stake - 11”L x 11" W x 26.75" H

The media could not be loaded. After searching everywhere locally and reading many reviews on glass birdbaths, I decided on this one. I am THRILLED with it. The photograph doesn't begin to do justice to the glass; there is a glitter within that makes the water sparkle and shimmer - very inviting. I read the other reviews about the clips breaking, so I don't intend to remove the glass from the metal base, will spray it out with the water hose. Other glass baths that I looked at were glued to the base, which in Central Florida - where the sun is relentless and hot as hades - is not a good option (it gets so hot, the glue can liquefy). It is a tiny bit shorter than I expected, but it's not objectionable. The glass bowl is slightly larger (circumference) and not as deep as I was looking for, but this is also not really objectionable (close enough). I have found that the birds will drink out of the large, traditional birdbaths, but they prefer to actually bathe in these little bowls. The base is straight and feels sturdy and strong. I've only had it a few days at this writing, but my initial impression is that this item is very nice quality and well worth the money. NOVEMBER 2016 UPDATE: The colors faded over the summer, but it is still pretty and the metal clips are OK so far. I still recommend this, especially if it isn't going to be in full sun.OCT. 2023 UPDATE: a clip finally broke. It's very faded. Birds still love it (see video)

So far so good. Beautiful, vibrant color (but it's only been two days and I'm expecting it to fade per other reviewers). It's a lovely little size, perfect for my small garden. Assembled easily, looks sturdy, lightweight, easy to stake down and it's staying upright. So far no birds... but I guess they'll take a while to discover it. I bought it primarily to give my little lily plant some shade since the plant is struggling in the full sun, so I'm hoping it'll save the lily. Update :it has indeed saved the lily with its shade and my birds are enjoying sipping from it! Delightful!

Prefect for a small space in our front yard and beautiful, but difficult to secure in So Fla rocky lawn. Had to secure it with rocks. The metal leg rusted thru after 6 years. So Sad. I removed the lovely glass bowl, and put it on the shelf of out gazebo out back, so now the birds out there have a bird bath as well. Ordered ANOTHER glass one that has 4 legs with rounded feet and it's very sturdy,

I just put this together and tried to put it into the ground. The stake broke at the place where the stake screws into the plate holder. It just peeled off from the connection. I hadn't even put any pressure on it to get it into the ground yet. It is totally useless now. I have a plate and a broken ground stake. As far as the plate, it is pretty but I will never know how it looks in my flowers.

This bird bath is okay. It’s smaller and less durable than I pictured. The glass bowl is a pretty painted bowl, but appears kind of cheap. The screw mechanism for putting the bowl on the pole was stripped so it can’t be place on tightly. I’m afraid this will break in the wind eventually. There’s a reason this is one of the cheapest bird baths. All in all, it’s fair

Disappointed. Returned. Even though the glass was gorgeous. Incredibly flimsy construction, two different colors for the pole, and wobbly when in the ground. Worst feature? Impossible to remove the glass bowl to clean, hang, or use on another stand. The wire hooks encase it with a small rod sticking out.

I love this bird bath. It was just as pretty as the picture, if not more. It sparkles in the sun. I just squirt it out with the hose instead of moving it.. the ground here is very soft, so I don't want to disturb the stand. I have mostly small birds that drink from it, have not seen any one bathing in it.. but they use it on a regular basis. It is clipped onto stand on arrival and well attached, the pole is a bit on the thin side, the this is a delicate bird bath. Very nice for the price and worthy of gift giving. The colors are vibrant.

Such a nice looking piece. Have had it now for several weeks- love the colors, the frame holds the glass bowl so sturdily, and the glass bowl is just the right shape and size to hold a nice amount of water that lasts for a few days at a time. So easy to clean out and no assembly, just stick it in the ground and its ready.
