What is the clearance of the bottom back drawer? Is the back part tall enough to fit a Windex bottle?

Back Clearance is 9" in height, but there is a 5 1/2" section at the front of the same drawer, that is 13 1/2" in height and that will accommodate your taller bottles

Will this cabinet fit a toilet bowl brush?

Might b tight where the toilet paper goes ???

How do you put things in/get them out from the back bottom section?

As shown in the picture, there’s a small back section that lifts up, and there is a small drawer also on top which pulls out and fills up the remaining area of the top section . The bottom drawer is long & tall and reveals two sections which fills up the length of the unit. It was perfect for a narrow space in my bathroom between the end of the sink counter and the bathtub. Very cleverly made.
