How well it cuts
Thisis the first knife I have bought and used over past years that actually does what it says and cuts cleanly thru anything and feels good in the hand. Just fabulous !!!

Great kitchen knife, very sharp. I use it all the time.

Blade snapped
Just over a year old and the blade has snapped off suddenly while cutting cheese.Very dangerous could have caused nasty injury.
