Don't look at the bad rating, they most probably used wrong technique. The product is good if you want a decent conditioner..focusing more on the overall health and feel of the leather. Worked great for my leather pen case.

Not what u expect.
Bought it for my riding gloves and boots. There was some fungus forming on the gloves before the lotion application and after few days the fungus is reappearing on the gloves. Not much useful.
