Great little hub!
I love that this device has all the connections that I'd ever need. I carry it around on the go in the event that I need to make a quick workstation out of my phone or laptop.Everything thus far has worked quite well on it including the passthrough charging. The only gripe which was a long shot was it doesn't work on a Pixel 6. I was hoping for a "desktop experience" but there isn't anything native included in the OS.

Does what it says it will do.
Using this on an iPad Air 4 and it works very well. I have had no problems with it since I started using it more than a week ago. I use wired Apple earbuds and the USB-C charging port all the time. I have used the USB connection, too, but only once. I got this because my WiFi was having issues and I was using the Ethernet cord for my laptop, so I bought this to allow my iPad to hook up with the Ethernet cable to my router, but so far I have not had to use it.

It's was great !! just not for my needs
What I like was the price of course and the the lil bag that came with and ports it provided. The only reason I didn't keep it and truly no fault to them was between that and my external HDD hanging of the side of my MacBook and traveling, with them both trying share that miniscule space was just to much so with that issue I had to send it back ( thanks Mac ) but if you don't have the issues I had quite fast and good device and it was sturdy a recommend buy I was lil scared to buy cause there was no review I hope this help out with your purchase decision just me doing the Gambit of multimedia work I needed it did not work for me.

Ridiculous audio design
AS SOON as you connect the HDMI cable, the 3.5mm input BECOMES GREYED OUT and you CANNOT SELECT IT anymore. You have to UNPLUG the HDMI to make the 3.5mm selectable again. I complained to the seller, and here is the response I received:--------------------------------------Thank you for using the product. The application design of this product1. The design and working principle of this product is that when HDMI output is working, the audio is output through the HDMI through the display (the display needs to support audio), and at the same time, it is decompressed by the video chip to output ordinary R/L audio. Through the 3.5 socket, a small speaker can be added (the active small speaker comes with a power amplifier). The 3.5 socket direct output audio source cannot be directly used to drive the speaker;2. When the product is not connected to any monitor and only connects to the 3.5 headphone jack, it is equivalent to connecting an external monitor with the default EDID so that the video chip can decode the audio and output audio without connecting to the monitor;3. When an HDMI monitor is connected with a 3.5 headphone jack, the computer will retest and read the displayed EDID (reading the monitor model) so that the computer output automatically matches the corresponding display resolution. At this time, please confirm that there is audio output from the HDMI to the display TV, and the audio output from the 3.5 headphone is decoded using this video chip to follow;4. This product is designed differently from other applications. The audio output from other 3.5 headphones is converted from the USB2.0 sound card, so it can be independently selected on the computer and adjusted accordingly (computer audio settings). The corresponding model numbers for 3.5 audio output can be adjusted--------------------------------------So: point #1 says that the 3.5mm audio output is subjugated to the HDMI audio output when both are connected. And oint #3 says that when the HDMI monitor is connected, the user cannot use ONLY their headphones for output, which is absurd. Why would anyone want the sound to ALSO go through the HDMI monitor WHILE using headphones? Headphones are typically used for privacy, and this design completely negates the ability to listen privately. This is absurd.

Great Value and Great Quality
This is an overall great product. It is very small, being less than 5 inches long and around 1 inch wide. The low profile of the hub is also a great space-saver, and it would be great for a plane or any sort of traveling a person may do. The build quality is impeccable, and the full metal jacket on the outside is high quality and will definitely survive any bumps or drops that occur during daily wear and tear. This is a great quality product, and I would most certainly buy it again for the value it brings.

Does what it should....but...
Does what it should. I had an issue with a previous laptop where the sound didn't work. It was because that USBC put out analog sound instead of digital. It works fine on my new laptop. Also the Ethernet connection is very slow and USB ports are glitchy.
