When I first unrolled this little placement I wasn't too sure about it, as it is pretty thin. My dog and three cats like to pull the water out of their dish and, though this is thin, it's incredibly helpful! My old plastic mat had grooves in it for a design and it was a hard plastic. I constantly noticed hair and dirt gathering in the grooves. This mat is silicone, it is thin and easy to wipe clean. Since there are no grooves, I hardly find any kind of hair and absolutely no food dust or anything. The edges are a little raised to keep the water from spilling on the floor, a feature that is definitely helpful since my cats like to use their paws to scoop water out! It was very affordable and saves my wood floors from any messes!

I ordered this product because my dog can't seem to take a drink without making a mess! I ordered it online and it arrived quickly. It is a rubber-feeling mat, true to the color depicted online (grey). I did not give it 5 stars because I did not realize it is literally a rubber mat (this may be my own confusion). I thought it would be more of an absorbent material that didn't let the water run.My floor is protected now and the grey color is unobtrusive, which is the look I was going for.

Excellent mat. The only thing I would like is to make the sides a little higher to better contain what my slob of a furry friend likes to spread around.

I bought this mat to replace a similar one I was already using. It was a tacky, blue, plastic monstrosity that I hated with a burning passion. I wanted something similarly sized that fit our home decor color scheme.For a product under $10, I'm ridiculously happy. The color appears true to what was photographed, and it's just about the same size as what I had before, and exactly the same as the dimensions listed. When it came, it was rolled up, so it's taken a little while for the silicone to rest and flatten out, but that doesn't bother me. Now my cat has a nice little dining space in our dining room that isn't an eyesore!

The size is good, and this will work well for minor spills. If your pet however, is very active, I would look for something thicker.

My cat makes a mess with her wet and dry food so I bought one of these to put the bowls on. She is still somehow able to move it a little so food gets behind the mat. I have not used it in my dishwasher yet, but it is a pain to dry and clean it in the sink. It is long and awkward and just flops over the divider in the sink so I am not sure if I always clean all of it. It does catch most of her food and water that she spills, its just the cleaning part that gets annoying.

When we rescued another dog we needed another mat for her elevated dog dishes.Works well and keeps water/food from the floor. We have one from years ago too ( same one) and it’s lasted very well.

But good value for money and easy wipe for pet food.

Ideal size for putting under your cat litter tray, catches any loose cat litter, and also its waterproof incase of any accidents. Good choice of colours. Very reasonable priced,and easy to pop under the cat litter box.
