Perfect topical spray - especially for those people who cannot take magnesium internally, but need the muscle relief that magnesium supplies. Maybe it’s just a placebo but it does help me fall asleep easier and sleep more restful. I spray four or five times on my wrists and gently rub them together a few times. I do this about an hour before bedtime. It might itch for a little bit but I’m able to ignore it; nothing too bad. I also like the light lavender scent. I’d recommend giving it a try.

It has greatly helped my legs at night and I am able to go to sleep.

We have tried to use it on our backs or to calm kids for sleep, and my husband is a painter, so I thought naturally this would be great for him to rest and relax his muscles. It feel like it’s burning. I tried to request a refund. That’s not possible so I threw it away. I think it needs a base… distilled water, coconut oil maybe? Doesn’t work for all 4 of us. Same painful reaction.

I used to wake up several times in the night. Now, I spray this product in the bottom of my feet and my kids feet every night. It's very helpful with staying asleep. I don't use it for sore muscles but only for sleep.

I don't typically have sensitive skin so I didn't think the burning sensation comments were applicable to me when I purchased this. It is not so painful or off putting that I stop using the product, I just have to move which body part I spray it on when it is too irritating. I use it for anxiety, help with sleep and muscle pain. I find it works quite well for all 3 and the bottle has lasted me far longer than expected with pretty regular use.

Be cautious if you- like me- have sensitive skin. This product made my skin itch like crazy. I've used the Magnesium lotion with great results, I was surprised by the itching with this one.

I love this stuff. I have restless legs and this stuff is wonderful. I use it every time I shower. If I forget I feel it.

It relieves muscle cramps quickly and a good product I bought this product many times and very satisfied

فوق الممتاز ، حامل و اعاني من تشنج و آلام خفيفة لكن مزعجة جداً في الساق خصوصاً وقت النوم استخدمته الى الان ثلاث مرات ادهن في سيقاني مع مساج لمدة دقيقتين و اهم شي قبل النوم بنص ساعة عشان ياخذ مفعوله و الحمدلله صرت انام نوم متواصل بدون ما اقوم من الالم 👍🏻
