Piece broke
I can honestly say this is the best shower I have ever taken. The rain shower is unreal. Beyond happy with this shower!Only problem is the LED control panel won’t work. I bought this in February but just got it installed this week sir to the bathroom renovation taking longer than expected. Everything works great except the LED controller and I can’t find replacement parts.Any help from the manufacturer would be awesome.

3 day used
Really nice product but on the 3rd used screws were failing from the water pressure, leaking can't be stopped.. Don't know how to repair ir. we need the replacement of the shower head.. have send a video since begining of decembre and the seller hasn't have the courtesy of writing back...Just wanted to find out how can we get a replacement even if we have too pay

leaking in 6 months/ good service
After installing we used it for about 6 months and it started leaking. Not from connection but from seal between two plates that create shower head. In couple days they send me new one to replace. Good customer service.

Label incorrectly
Horrible dint buy this! All the labels in the controllers labeled wrong! Put it in shower mode comes out on mist put it on handheld comes out in showers ! Tried calling customer support no one available and Amazon didn’t help either! Stay away from this product!

Failure Prone
Product was professionally installed. It only made it about 2 months before the lights stopped working. Shower heads work well. But I bought it for the cool lighting as well.
