I’m a long term user. It is so worth the money. The capsules aren’t huge. And I personally had saw results very quickly. It makes you feel more calm and present but awake and focused.

Before purchasing these, I wasn’t stressed out but always felt tired. I was drinking an energy drink every day! I felt the difference within days of starting Superyou. I wake up happy and not tired. Even if I didn’t get a full nights rest. My 14 year old told me, “lock in mom!” because I was being silly, driving her to school. I don’t feel over stimulated. I’m menopausal but feel less hormonal and less achy. I just feel quietly happy and zen. I’m on a budget, but will give up something to purchase this product.

This is my favorite supplement. I would definitely buy this if i can only afford it every month. It does work for me, I have energy all day. Really good quality and good size too!

Excellent product from a great company ! Works great to block cortisol and reduce stress and anxiety. Don't listen to the bad reviews, some people have other issues and some dont even know why they are taking these. This wont account for a needed life style change.. It most definitely works and is made with good ingredients that are very well sourced.
