Perfect and amazing quality
This kennel is perfect! I ordered two of these for my dogs and they love them. They are so well made and sturdy. Perfect for having as an extra side table or piece of furniture. They look so wonderful. If I get another dog, I will definitely be getting another one of these.

Stylish crate
It’s a nicely built and stylish crate that your doggo would enjoy. Customer service / seller responded quickly and sent a replacement wire inset for one of the doors. Highly recommend if your dog is crate trained, is not an aggressive chewer / does not have major separation anxiety.

Beautiful but with one flaw
Love the kennel. However, the wooden pegs that hold it together we're far too short and would go deep into the pieces so they wouldn't hold together well. We found se longer pegs at the store and now the kennel is perfectly sturdy.

It breaks very easily and you won’t receive a response from the seller.
I bought it because it looked sturdy and had a good appearance. It was not difficult, but very time consuming to assemble. My average size / strength dog broke a couple of the metal bars and broke out of it in 10 minutes. I contacted the seller through Amazon messenger repeatedly and I haven’t received a response in weeks. I searched the packaging for contact information for the seller to no avail. It’s a waste of time and money.

Poor management
First of all very complicated, the wholes in some areas are too small and will not hold the kennel together. I got very angry. Requested for a refund. Took a whole day to response and when they did. Asked me to take a 20 dollar refund and keep it because most of the crates are broken. So what are you saying about your product. My opinion it’s no good just looks attractive. Don’t fall for it if not for the crate just because of the business aspectj of the whole deal. JUST STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT fir your business reputation!!!

SO difficult to assemble...
I would not recommend this product unless you have a lot of patience... too 2 hours to put together. Looks nice in the house and the dog likes it, but it looks like the dog is in jail! And it doesn't look very comfortable for the pup when she's laying up against the wires.
