It looks nice and seems sturdy. Easy to install.

Needs minor design adjustment

No clip/notches on the bottom back side of the frame to hold the license plate snug to the license plate frame. I used the standard top 2 screw mount. The plastic dealer frames I removed had the clips/notches. We’ll see how it goes.
