10L0L Front or Rear Leaf Spring & Front Upper A Arm Suspension for Club Car DS Golf Cart, Bushing and Sleeve Kit

I had to cut the metal sleeve and the rubber bushing to fit the upper A-arm, it was about 3/4" too long. Also I thought this kit came with ALL bushings needed but it does not. The Club Car DS will need 4 bushings for the front and 4 for the rear leaf springs which means this kit is 2 bushings short of a "complete kit". Tricky wording on their title... It says bushing kit and also says front OR rear leaf springs. Just a heads up to everyone who thinks this is a complete kit!

the sleeve is only very slightly too long but would have needed grinding or cutting to right length to fit properly. the longitudinal thickness of the outer portion of the bushing is excessive so that it will not slide into the yolk even with wd 40 generously applied and squeezed with large pliers and pressure applied using a second jack. What was really bad was that I paid extra shipping charges for express delivery in an attempt to get the cart back in service more quickly. Will now seek dealer to get OEM parts. Lesson Learned by wasting $29.95......will hang on the Mistakes I have Made Wall. Also at least two sleeves should have been for the upper suspension.

A little difficult to install but worked perfect. Old parts difficult to remove. New parts fit very tight so had to bang a little. Certainly fixed the clunking in our golf cart

Should offer an option with 4 more bushings so all of the front and rear leaf spring bushings can be replaced with one order. Fit is very tight, really need to get bushings and steel sleeve in place and then drop the jack a bit so they slide in place close enough to wiggle them straight with a screwdriver.

The bushings seem to be better than the stock bushings. The only issue I had installing them was aligning the bolt to the leaf spring. Found using a little Dawn dish soap helped getting them seated. Very good product, great price and fast delivery.
