How do I use the manufacturer warranty for my tail light that is full of water??

Contact manufacturer directly. I had some leds not working and they sent me New ones for free.

No. But for the price they are worth it.

Has anyone had hyper flashing with these lights? And how did you fix ot?

No issues in a 2011 jk. It comes with resisters.
