My husband has temperature issues and can have seizures if he gets too hot or cold. This is perfect for cold weather, he is very pleased. Fits nice and tight, so it sits perfectly on his head. The knit is really nice looking, texture of the knit is really attractive and this is just a great buy.

Have had this hat for a month. Snug and warm. Glowing logo when it's heating is pretty cool. Good safety feature too. Easy for others to see you in the dark while biking. I purchased this for hunting, and it is wool, double layered and very warm.Battery lasts for 3-5 hours, it does not get super hot so it's very comfortable. It comes with a usbc cord to charge the small battery, so no adapter needed. Battery is not big so it's not even noticeable when you wear the hat.Overall this is a quality hat and worth the money.

I bought several electric heated hats recently including this one. The fit is comfortable, but maybe a bit big, which is interesting since the hats I tried fit too tight. The battery pack has a silicon protective sleeve, which makes it very difficult to replace the battery when charged. The sleeve comes off, which is good. The materials seem like quality stuff and the heat at it's highest setting feels warm enough to cook a thanksgiving turkey! This hat has been my favorite so far. Note the color is charcoal grey and not black.

I bought this hat to use for my early morning fishing tournaments. Not only is it very well made but it kept my head warm for hours. I like how stylish and thick the material is. This isn't some cheesy dollar store hat for sure. I charged the battery overnight and then used it all morning staying nice and warm. This is now a must have in my fishing gear bag but it is so nice looking that I will wear it even when I do not need the extra warming help. I really like this!

I bought this for my wife to use in the winter and chose this brand because of the reviews and the look/quality of the product.She loves the waffles texture of the hat, ease of use with the one button and the dual heating pads on each side.She’s used it multiple times now and says that it takes about 3-4 mins to fully heat up but then it’s toasty warm.The hat in itself is already a very very good thick quality. So even without the heating ability it’s a very well made hat.The battery lasts as advertised depending on the setting you use.Overall Arris makes the best product.

I purchased this heated cap for myself for Christmas after having one of their heated vests. The vest works so good, I thought the hat would be as good. Well it was! It was very cold on Christmas here in Illinois and I had the hat on when I was outside and it really warms up and keeps the head warm. I am an avid deer hunter, and at my age, my ears would get very cold when sitting out in the tree stand. After turning the hat on, I quickly felt it heating up. The whole time I was outside, my head/ears were definitely warm! I would highly recommend this hat for anyone that spends time outdoors!

Don't buy. Total fraud -- product images say it charges off USB, it's a lie, it's AC ADAPTER ONLY. The USB support was the only reason I bought this one rather than another one I saw that is USB. Don't buy.

Nice looking. Good fit for thick head of hair, especially females with long hair. Heats quickly. Definitely not black. It's brown, which is disappointing if trying to match for a gift. Not sure its worth the money, but time will tell.

I ordered the grey hat but I received the brown hat. The battery only lasted 4 hour on low heat setting, on blue light setting.
