Keeps you safe from that high temperature iron cast handle

No need for an oven mitt.
Unlike the junk non-stick skillets cast iron handles tend to get pretty hot. This handle cover from Lodge works on my 6-1/2" skillet and on my bigger 10-1/4" I was using a small mitt to handle during and after cooking this for the price basically replaced my mitt. I think I'll probably get another one so I don't need to switch between skillets. It fits fairly snug on the handle so I don't worry about it sliding off.you can see from my video that after cooking with it I'm able to easily grab the handle without burning myself. If you have a Lodge skillet I'd certainly consider getting one of these.

Ok, ça permet de tenir la poele, mais c'est pas hyper bien fitté, donc la poele bouge dans la poignée.

Evita queimar a mão
Funciona muito bem em minha frigideira lodge de 6 e 1/2 polegadas. Só não pode deixar no fogo direto pq se não acaba queimando um pouco o silicone.
