This is a great barbell pad. I love the neck cut out for a more comfortable fit. It is thick and that allows you to be more comfortable while lifting heavy weight. That in turn allows you to push your limit knowing that you won't have discomfort on your shoulders, neck, and back. This squat barbell pad makes it so much more comfortable to put on neck/shoulders/back area to complete squats and/ or lunges. It is made from a durable foam and it seems as though it will last me a while; it has quality to it. It was easy to put on my bar and it stays put.
