It has more than 1500 major cities listed, even if your City not found,this clock has delta function which will allow you to manualy set your time for each Azan and adjust according to your area timing or the Fiqa/Taqweem you follow.
For example,
if you live in city close to Lasvegas NV USA,
 and that city info could not be found 
(i.e. Henderson NV USA-which is 13 miles away-and Azan time could be 2 or 1 min difference) ,
1-you can select LasVegas first,
2- and then manually set the each Azan time +-2 min by going to desired times you like,
3- via Delta Function of that azan (can add or delayed +-90 minutes)
so in above example if time is off by 2 min on magrib azan you can add +2min into that azan into the delta function.
4-Its very easily set as all azan is displaying on the screen.
5-Once its set properly you never have to do it again even you change the battery with in 30 sec.

Hope this will help to set any azan time in any city of the world as close as possible to your local mosque/Taqweem.

I am not 100% sure which button you’re referring to. But there isn’t any button with that feature. You only hear adhan and a warning sound for sunrise.
