Not happy with this one
The handle is not comfortable, the medal on the end digs into my hand. I have several other Shun products and I love them. This particular one I guess is one of the cheaper one. I cut fine - but not at par with the other ones I have.

Got a fake
Fake. Made of galvanized sheet. The handle was sharper than the blade. Plastic rivits. A joke really

Have owned two, would buy more!
I am a professional chef, I have bought two of these so far and will eventually buy another. It is one of two knives I use every day. The steel is slightly soft so over sharpening can wear down the blade if youre not careful.
