False advertising- no train ticket
The quality of the box and bell is great. However, I bought this specific one (which was more expensive than all the others I found) for the sole reason that it came with a train ticket. My son opened this Christmas morning and there was no ticket. It’s not like I can send it back since he’s already opened it. False advertising and extremely disappointed parents on Christmas morning.

Do not buy here
The seller wouldn't return the full price when I return the product and also the product is a knock off. This is not the packaging for the original 2004 Polar Express Bell and the ticket is sub standard.

Beautiful Gift
Cute movie prop for holiday movie night. My son loved this gift during Christmas time after he had watch the movie. The train ticket is sturdy and shiny like in the movie, the bell fits his whole hand and is super shiny , mirror finished. Overall even though pricey, it’s a great purchase.

Ticket is in the package, not in the gift box!
Do not throw away the package, the ticket is too large for the gift box and is in the package. Everything is well made, looks amazing!

Two year old loved it
Got this for my two year old who loves Polar Express. We watched the movie one night and I pulled this out at the end. His reaction was magical. He played with the box, the ticket and the bell all through Christmas season.

My wife LOVES it!
I bought this as a gift for my wife. We love watching Polar Express every Christmas season. The presentation and the ornament were beautiful. The package wrapping made to look like Billy's package was an extra nice touch and my wife was thrilled. Thank you for this, it was an excellent gift.

Very big bell
The bell is very big and loud and is about the size of my palm. However the ball inside is loose and it's hard to ring it to make a loud sound. It's also got a heft to it and you can tell it's not made from cheap metal.

Expensive but worth it if you want something unusual
the bells huge and the tickets very good quality (be aware the tickets in the outer packaging) this item comes with a custom charge which is in the price. overall im very happy with this
