Not the right pillow for me
This pillow has a high quality of construction, it feels very solid and is very heavy. It's also incredibly thick, which would maybe be a good thing for a side sleeper, but it was too firm for me. The charcoal cover does its job and the pillow doesn't give off that new foam smell out of the bag. Ended up returning it because it actually increased my neck pain after using it for a week. Because it's very tall, and not irregular in shape, it has very high steep slopes that sort of detract from it even if you like firm pillows. I'm a back and occasional side sleeper.

Excellent Customer Service
Wonderful product and fantastic customer service. The pillow was a little too firm for me, and when I communicated this to the seller, they immediately said they would refund my money if I was not satisfied with the pillow. This pillow is ridiculously comfortable. I'm a type who tends to sleep in every orientation at one point or another, and this is probably the first pillow I've found to be equally comfortable on all four sides. It's cooler than most other memory foam pillows I've tried, and it also seems to mesh very well with different mattresses too (tried on a memory foam mattress alone, and with a topper on top). The only downside is it does seem to take a little bit more time than usual to conform to your position. This was definitely a great buy!

Yes yes yes !
So it took me a while to write this review because I needed to test the pillow. Upon first arriving it looks cool but I thought it might be too high and too thick, however, when I slept on it my neck literally felt better. I have tried all different types of neck pillows from the buckwheat pillow to down, to temperpedic to special neck pillows without luck. This pillow is the only one I can sleep on. In fact I will be buying a second one as a back up because I need to be able to sleep!!

Unfortunately, this pillow won't work for me. I gave it a little over a week and I still was getting neck pain and stiffness in the mornings. So, I've gone back to my original. Nice seller . Very interested in their product's suitability. It just didn't work for me.

it is as comfortable as promised
The pillow was delivered when promised, it is as comfortable as promised. The packaging was easy to open.Not a complaint, but if you sleep on your side and have broad shoulders, you may need to stack this on top of a thinner pillow. Plus side is it breathes well and it stays cooler than any other pillow I have tried. Worth the money.

Great pillow for TMJ :-)
I love this pillow; I got it three days ago. I am a stomach sleeper with pretty bad TMJ (headaches, jaw pain, eat pain). I was looking for something like this that would allow me to sleep on my stomach with out waking up with ear, or jaw pain. Other pillows are either too soft to support my neck, or too hard and push my jaw. This is perfect it does everything I need and I sleep so well because I don't wake up in pain trying to get comfortable.

Firm Thin Pillow
Quality foam. However, it was too thin for me as a side sleeper. I used it for a seat cushion and it has performed great. This is high density foam, so keep that in mind. It's a bit more firm than others.
