Not Bikram Yoga if that's what you're looking for.
If you want a DVD to help with the traditional sequence of poses and breathing exercises formerly known as Bikram Yoga, this isn't the DVD for you. This DVD has little to do with the traditional Bikram sequence. Which I found annoying. It's not bad, though, if you're looking for a decent guide to various asanas and sun salutations, and it's very reasonably priced. I gave it two stars, though, because Hot Yoga is generally jargon for Bikram's sequence of poses in 105 degree rooms. Leaving the thermostat aside, this just has little to do with what I was looking for.

Great work out
I actually rented this from the library and liked it so much I searched for it and purchased my own copy. It is really a work out for me, but I love it. It is about an hour long and is divided into sections so if you dont have time to do it all you could shorten the workout time. I would buy more from him. Some yoga videos don't give you enough verbal instructions and its hard to work out and be in a pose and see what the instructor is doing, but he gives lots of verbal instruction so you exactly where you are. Excellent workout

More for people who already know how to do the postures, not much instruction on how to position yourself to do the posture correctly.
