I eat a good diet so I wouldn't imagine I'm deficient in B vitamins, nonetheless I notice a difference in that muscle and tendon aches disappear when I take these at least a few times per week. Foot pain especially.

I take the Now 50mg vitamin B Complex every morning with my multi vitamin because there's not a lot of B vitamins in the multi. I feel my body needs more vitamin B's to keep me healthy. The pills are not too big & they're easy to swallow. This price on Amazon it the most reasonable.
