It is a standard size. It fits most people, except me! I need a small. You can also get a large. It does adjust to bigger and smaller.

Does this fit the air sense 10?

Actually, the issue is that the headgear is a component of the Airfit F10 system (a full face mask), and not related to the "Air Sense" (ResMed calls it "AirSense 10"), which is the pressure producing CPAP machine. So, the headgear actually has no connection with the machine itself - only with facemask frame. Whether there is a "fit" with the machine isn't really an issue. As the seller stated, this headgear is compatible with the AirFit F10 mask system, but just thought I'd elaborate a bit on the answer they gave.

No, it does not fit the Mirage FX frame, period!

Is this compatible with the airsense 10? i can't find anything for the airsense 10 and my headgear is broken.

I do not believe it is. According to the Airsense sight, the headgear takes an Airfit 20 or 30 cushion (mask). As far as I can tell, the Airfit 10 and the Airfit 20 are not interchangeable. They do not have the same connectors built into the cushion itself. It is my understanding that the actual connectors (mask elbow to hose and hose to machine elbow) are universal so you might want to change the setup (Full Face Mask= which is the cushion, cloth headgear, plastic cushion bracket and the cushion elbow). The straps tend to stretch over time as noted by the CPAP Mfg. It is a good practice to have a spare on hand. A poor fit of the mask, do to being loose, means the unit is not working efficiently.
