Cast Iron Danish Aebleskiver Pan, Preseasoned Cast Iron Cookware for Pancake Puffs, Makes 7 Pancake Balls

This pan is perfect sized for pancakes, a steak or two depending on size, a small pizza (oven to table) and whatever else. I bought the one remaining that was marked down because it had been previously used. It took me 2 minutes to scrub a few small rust spots which looked as if a few drops of water was left on it, and am re-seasoning it as I write. Looks brand new. You can't kill cast iron, it lasts forever and many people have family who have inherited cast iron cookery items handed down from generation to generation.This is a nifty pan, perfect size for us. I can recommend this for being well made.

Works as a cast iron should

I have tried several cast iron griddles, & still had the same problem of spillage over the edge & onto cooktop, when flipping a pancake, or eggs…then I saw this set made with a small edge to old the contents…I love the sizes & I am so impressed with no more spillage. My favorite so far - is the smallest griddle, perfect pancakes, perfect eggs, food releases without sticking, the surface is much smoother/finer than the other cast iron I have purchased, which have a rougher surface. Even tho this set came already seasoned, I seasoned them in my oven & they wipe clean after use - gifting the others which have been replaced with these. I was a bit leary purchasing a brand I’ve never heard of before, but I’m thrilled with these, Thank You

The shape of these cast iron pans is suitable for cooking eggs without the hassle of high sides. Perfect for flipping. The cooking surface is not as smooth as what I would have liked, so I sanded the surface smooth.You cannot do that with teflon.
