Good taste, heat, good quality and size of the package. I use it on everything like pizza, pasta, soup, whatever. Good stuff, will buy again.

I love this product so much. It’s great for anything you want to spice up. I use it on a variety of oriental dishes and anything else. It’s hot but not so hot you can’t eat it and you still taste the other food flavors in your dish. Also because it’s flaked, you can use as much or as little as you want. I highly recommend.

I like spicy stuff. A few sleeves of the blue diamond Carolina Reaper almonds is about my enjoyment level without blowing my head off. These peppers are pretty spicy if you use a decent amount (much hotter than pizza shop shaker flakes), and with the cost of ghost peppers and other rarer ones, these are worth the buy. I've had them a while now as well, and with the seal pouch it comes in, they're still good and spicy, unlike some others that go stale over time.

After tasting and cooking with this I'm not going back to the ubiquitous Italian red pepper. COOKS TIP: place in a spice grinder or other comparable blender and grind down to a finer consistency, or even to a powder. That process makes distribution more thorough. When this runs out, which will be awhile as it is quite voluminous, I would purchase again.

These are great... They give a little kick and I useit to make chilli oil. The quality, smell, taste is really good

Very hot, did not disappoint!

From a scale of 1 -10, I'd say this is like a 3. It's spicy but not really. Grounded Thai chili peppers are way hotter than this. This is something you would add to dishes to get that step up heat that won't make you sweat. Overall, I'm disappointed it's not EXTRA HOT but it'll have its uses in sauces and whatever.
