With these, I can brew a bigger variety of coffee for less expense on my Nespresso Vertuo machine. I can also recycle over and over again the Nespresso pods. The My-Caps are a no-brainer for anyone wanting to be a little more creative and buy local beans from local roasters.

The easiest caps I've used. The coffee tastes much better than with foil caps, and you just have to lay them on top of the pods, no fitting around the edges.

I love my Nespresso Vetruo machine - the crema is an excellent innovation that caused me to move away from the old Keurig devices. My biggest complaint is that because the Vertuo technology is still under patent by Nespresso, no one can manufacture Vertuo compatible pods for several more years. Great for Nespresso, but for those of us who want to use our own coffee and not pay north of $1.20/cup, this 3rd party product which reuses Vertuo pods is an excellent solution. I love saving money and using my own coffee. FWIW, I really do also like some of the Nespresso Vertuo coffee exclusives, and buy them - but I appreciate not being locked in. Were the third party caps not be available, I would probably junk my Vertuo and just revert back to my old French press - I would miss the crema, but thankfully the foam-milk making Airchino will live on no matter what!

These work extremely well with the My-Cap cover for reusing VertuoLine capsules. However they are outrageously priced at $0.09/filter, roughly 6-7 times more expensive than similar filters for things like Aeropress filters. Basket filters at 7-10 times the amount of filter paper are only $0.00745/filter or less than a penny, making these 10-12 times more expensive than they should be. Given the coffee I buy, these filter papers will cost more per cup than the coffee used to make it!

I recently started using the MyPod system to reuse Nespresso capsules and wanted to share a few observations. The filter material is extremely thin — you can easily read newspaper print through it. When two filters are stacked, the text becomes slightly blurry, which may stress the Coffee machine. The silicone insert fits best when the side with raised lip facing inward. toward the filter. I’ve found that aligning the top edge of the silicone piece flush with the capsule’s original foil landing gives the most reliable seal and brewing performance. As for removing the original Nespresso foil, I came across advice suggesting it can be loosened by boiling the capsule. In my experience, this method doesn’t work — the foil is bonded with a tough, heat-sealed adhesive. Leaving small bits on the landing. This doesn't affect the My-Cap pod system. Overall, the MyPod system seems promising with some care in setup and experimentation.

These filters are amazing. We purchased a Nespresso machine, but oh my Lord the coffee capsules are pricy. I'm sure they are worth the money if it flows abundantly, but if it doesn't these filters are a great substitute. We not only get to reuse the capsules, we also get to use the coffee we already like. A perfect compliment, which allows us to use a great coffee maker. The fit it perfect, and no coffee grinds in our coffee.

Had a Nespresso coffee at a friend's and was addicted from my first cup. But, I would not have considered investing in a Nespresso if we couldn't use our own coffee. The My-Cap paper filters allow us to brew each cup effortlessly and without fail. Thanks My-Cap!
