Perfect for crumble toppings
As soon as I got this, I made a blueberry coffee cake. It certainly made it easier to make the crumble topping. If you have been going old school, it is time to upgrade to this kitchen tool!

Not entirely what I expected
The item is smaller than I expected it to be. I have seen very cheaply made versions that are bigger. So, this is disappointing. I am also disappointed that one of the blades came bend, and I had to bend it back into place. I would not consider these blades sturdy if I can bend them with very little effort. I hope that it will last a long time. I love baking and I am really looking forward to using it.

Easy and quick. Comfortable to use.
Comfortable wood handle and great cutting edges instead of flimsy wires make cutting butter into flour tasks quick and easy. Cleans up easily too. I love this tool.

Metal edges too sharp for comfort.
I wanted to love it, I really did. The blades bend somewhat easily, but that could be chalked up to too much pressure from me. What is a product flaw, though, is that the edges of the metal near the handle are quite sharp, and as you use it, your hands (especially the side of your index finger) gets a bit mangled. My search for a decent pastry cutter continues, because sadly, this isn’t it.

Flimsy?
The blades seem a little flimsy 🤷🏻♀️ One was bent in the packaging, it looks like the picture and my dad (who it’s bought for) liked the handle it’s easy to grip. Now to wait for him to try it out ✨
