Firstly, I do not normally write reviews, this one is for a reason: This is a very very good product. Assembly from the box was a bit of a faff but once assembled it is well made and everything fits together as it should. I charged the batteries from the get go, they took about two or three hours and held their charge overnight easily. They operate in tandem, you can fit them sided by side, on my lawn they last around 40 to 45 minutes before needing to be recharged. The machine itself works very well indeed, it is light enough to pivot 180 degrees on the back wheels to change direction, indeed the handling of the machine is more akin to a vaccum cleaner than anything, I can lift it via the built in handle with minimal stress. It mulches very cleanly in fact so much so that I haven't needed to fit the grass collector box (which is a major pain to assemble anyway). So overall, five stars and deservedly so, I just ordered another two batteries to always have two available whilst the others are on charge. Easy to use, it works and it does exactly what it says on the box, no regrets.

Highly recommended this lawn mower. Well made and very easy to use and manover around. Folds down easly, if required for storage. Cuts the grass well, lots of height adjustment for the grass height and operating handle. I can get many cuts off one charge (this will depend on your lawn size of course). Easy to charge the two 4.0 Ah 18 volt batteries and place in mower. Generous grass box or if you wish to use the mulcher attachment instead of the grass box, grass clippings are cut very small to mulch your lawn. With this Einhell battery system it allows you to expand your garden tool and workshop tool selection as the batteries are interchangeable. I can't comment on the life of the batteries at this point in time but as with all German engineering there should not be an issue as the build quality is high. Lawn mowing has become more enjoyable, fuss free. No electric cable or noisy petrol mower to try and get started.

This is an honest review after receiving the unit today. I will update this review after a few weeks and months giving honest feedback. I will try and address some of the points raised by others and give my views on these.. Pros 1) I previously had a petrol self propelled mower, this mower beats this hands down for manoeuvrability, weight and ease of use. It was honestly surprised by this as it was a major point that initially stopped me buying one. The picture shows this being lifted by one hand and its a fair reflection. 2) Its super quiet, It says 90 dBa on the box but it is nowhere near that. I feel i could use this on a sunday morning and it would not wake anyone. 3) The main reason for buy this over other machines was the mulching function. This was a key requirement as we have three garden bins, and councils are starting to charge to remove these. So to cut cost I wanted to reduce the amount we send for recycling. Based on the initial cut, i dont think I will be using grass box in future. 5 Its not as flimsy as people say, sure its not steel but I was worried I would need to be wrapping it in bubble wrap. 6. I am 6ft 4 and sometimes the arms on mowers etc are not long enough to make it easy to use, no problems here. 7. Battery life seems good, I have a reasonably big garden and reckon will get four cuts before needing to recharge. Cons. 1) The two chargers arrived with European plugs, which goes against the Plug and Socket etc (safey) regs 1994 as they never came with conversion plugs. I have raised a query with both Amazon and Einhell to see their response. I noted some people say they got UK plugs some got European 2 pin plugs. Will update when I get a response. UPDATE - Contacted Amazon and Einhell and received a partial refund to allow new chargers to be bought (not keen on conversion plugs for batteries) 2) The instructions are as bad as people say, but its not too hard to follow the pictures. There are minimal parts to attach (mower arms) it took about 5 min to figure which way was up, what was left and right and how they properly attached. 3) The biggest gripe on here appears to be the mower box assembly, It is a bit of a faff, but I found rather that trying to align it all at one starting at one end and working around made it ok, but a bit fiddly.

I've owned a Mountfield petrol mower for over 15 years; it served us well but unfortunately that day has come. So I decided to look for a new mower and wanted an electric one, 3 main reasons for wanting to get an electric mower are as follows: 1) Easy maintenance; no need to add oil to petrol and no need for service. 2) It makes a little noise but it is much quieter compared to a petrol mower and it does not give off any fumes (good for the environment and if you don't like the smell). 3) Conviniance; it being electric means I can charge it at any time and it's ready to go (the batteries can be used with other Einhell/Ozito products...I'll get to that in a bit). No need to pull a string to start an engine like you would on a petrol mower (we had to replace this on the old petrol mower about 4/5 times); you just push a button and pull back the lever and it's ready to go. This is an excellent piece of kit, it's sturdy and feels well built. It is very easy to use, the self-propelled feature is excellent too especially for those who find it a bit hard to push (the main body being constructed of metal means it is a bit heavy). Keep in mind that using the self-propelled function will use up more of the battery, the length of the grass will also have an impact on the consumption of the battery, but that being said I have a fairly large garden (I'd say between 400-450m2) and I am able to use just the 2 batteries to cut the grass which was previously cut 2/3 weeks ago (this is with hardly or not at all using the self-propelled function). The option to fold it and store it away once you're done is also very useful if you are struggling for space. A scraper is included for cleaning out the stuck grass under the machine. Mulching function is available and the part is included but I am yet to try this feature out so can't comment on this. The grass collection is quite large which means you'll be less frequently stopping to empty it. I've used the machine 3/4 times already and I am very satisfied with it. I would highly recommend it. I've also become a bit obsessed with Einhell products, I've added the following products to my collection; Cordless Leaf Blower GE-LB 36/210 Li E-Solo (another excellent and surprisingly powerful piece of kit), Cordless Grass & Bush Shear GE-CG 18/100 Li-Solo and Cordless Vacuum Cleaner TE-VC 18 Li-Solo. I've also purchased an Einhell TE-CP 18 Solo Power X-Change Lithium Ion USB Charger that attaches to the battery and enables you to charge your phones/gadgets. With all these Einhell products I currently own I've also decided to purchase extra batteries (there is normally an offer on these and can be purchased at a good price). The Einhell battery system enables you to move/replace batteries from one product to another with such ease. I am very satisfied with Einhell products and will be looking to add some more of their products to my collection.

I used this mower once and everything was fine, then when I went to use it again a couple of weeks later one of the batteries wasn’t charging and the lights indicated there was a fault with it. It was just outside the 30 day Amazon return window so I was directed to Einhell. I tried 3 times to submit their form, filling in all the serial numbers, explaining the problem within their word count, uploading warranty and invoice, etc, and the page failed to load, losing all the info. I managed to contact Einhell via their complaints email and their initial response was helpful, saying they would send a replacement battery. That was on 22 May. On the 26 May I emailed to ask if they could confirm the battery had been dispatched/when it would arrive, but no one responded. I emailed again on 27 May, and on 28 May but no one has got back to me, so I have no idea if a battery is being sent. How hard is it to respond to an email? It’s really frustrating and I am stuck with a lawnmower that doesn’t work that I can’t return via Amazon after just one use. It has been (and continues to be) a frustrating experience. I will revise this review if Einhell will get in touch to confirm the battery has been sent and a functional battery arrives. Update: Amazon offered a Return and Refund due to the difficulties with Einhell. Thank you Amazon!

Have used this mower three times since purchase and am impressed. The quality of the cut is really good, the cutting height is very simple to adjust. Only annoying aspect is the grass collector, what a bloody faff it was to join the top and bottom sections. This is my first cordless mower, I opted for this brand due to my positive experience with other Einhell tools I have purchased. I did note some of the reviews that stated the mower casing was flimsy/light weight but it appears to be sufficiently robust, the casing absorbed the force from being bashed into a brick wall at the end of the garden by my grandson. So far so good, would buy again.

This is a review that's taken me a while. Not only did I want to test this thing out a few times first, but I honestly didn't know how to begin saying how delighted we are with this purchase. We've recently moved to a house with front and rear gardens that are both bigger than average. Although not all of it is grass, most is shrubs and trees, I'd estimate that the lawan covers around 350 sq meters in total, possibly a little more. I'm playing fast and loose with the word 'lawn' to be fair. It was really just rough unneven ground with overgrown grass. Anyway, our old petrol mower had been on it's last legs for a long time and stuggled to cut the small patch of flat grass we left behind. We knew it had no chance of dealing with our new place. We researched for ages and were initially looking for another petrol mower, but the prospect of having to keep topping it up, oiling, cleaning and general maintainance had been a real pain with the old one. The thought of electric wires stretching across the garden for a mains powered mower was out of the question, unreeling 60 or 70 meters of cord and having to drag it all over the place didn't give me feelings of delight. We started looking at battery powered cordless mowers as a 'plan C' option, but surely they'd be rubbish compared to mains or petrol? After long thought and much discussion we opted to try this Einhell cordless and it's turned out to be one of the best purchase decisions we've made. It's absolutley fantastic. In fact, it's so good that we've now bought the 36v power-x brushcutter and the power-x 36v hedge trimmer as well, and we are just as delighted with them. The 36v brushcutter / scythe in particular as simply fantastic. Just to add, we did pay for all our Einhell gear ourselves. We've not been given anything and haven't been offered any incentives in exchange for a review. Our grass was well overgrown, probably around 15 to 20 cms, and we expected to have to strim the whole area first but we hadn't yet bought the strimmer. I did carefully go over the area with a rake to make sure there were no hidden nasty rocks, but that was the only prep I did. Having set up the mower I gave it a whirl with my fingers crossed. It sparked into life and within seconds I was astounded by how good this thing is. It easily cut all our grass on the max cut hight setting on one charge. Einhell say on the box that it'll cut 600 sq meters on a single charge. If your lawn is absolutley perfect with short grass I can well imagine that to be true. It dealt with the rough, dense bits with relative ease and only cut out once. The instructions say that the mulching attachment can only be used when the grass is already short, but I got sick and tired of having to rake the grass up with the old mower so decided to use the mulch attachment from the start without expecting miracles. It was honestly faultless. The grass clippings were well chopped down and just looked like a thin layer of the mulch left after raking. The old petrol mower always left big piles of messy cuttings that took ages to rake up and dispose of, this Einhell mower leaves nothing but a lovely looking lawn. Absolutely no piles of grass clippings anywhere. Our whole garden trimmed down, front and back, no grass to collect or grass box to empty. After finishing front and back lawns there was still power left in the batteries which I found almost unbelievable. It took only 30 mins to recharge them back to full and I could then lower the cut hight and give the entire area a much closer and neater trim. I am one incredibly happy bunny. I'm no gardening expert and I've no desire to be a lawnmower guru, you may know a lot more than me and you might not like this little machine. I just want to quickly drag out the mower, cut the grass in the shortest possible time without the hassle of filling it with petrol or filling the bin with grass cuttings, and then get back to watching TV and having a cold beer. This machine is a dream for me, I wish I'd bought one years ago. I used to dread cutting the grass, now it's actually quite pleasant and I can't believe I'm saying that! Pro Points: 1) Excellent cut with easily adjustable hight. The handle to achieve this is a doddle to use. 2) It's far more powerful and capable than I ever thought it would be. It's chopped through very small branches that I'd missed! 3) The wheels are large enough to make pushing it a breeze. It's light and easy to get around. 4) Battery life is amazing. Give both a full charge and mine just runs and runs. I thoroughly expected to get only 50% of the life we're actually getting. The machine easily does our front and back on a single charge. Having said this, we probably will invest in spares when we buy more Einhell gear. 5) The grass box, if you want to use it, is huge. I have tried it and it works wonderfully. If you want your lawn to look perfect then I guess you'd be collecting everything and disposing of it. I don't bother, I just use the mulching attachment because I'm lazy and can't be bothered with clippings. It works wonders for me. 6) The handle is comfortable and very supportive with a foam grip. I've not once felt tired or struggled with the mower in use. Our old petrol mower left me feeling like I'd been arm wrestling with a gorilla. 7) The mulching attachment is superb. The fine 'chop' of the grass leaves everything looking wonderful. Not so pro points: There's nothing at all that I don't like but just a few things to be aware of. 1) The instruction manual for putting it together is a nightmare. Look at the pictures on the box if you get stuck trying to follow them. 2) At first I thought the construction felt a bit flimsy, but once put together it's a very strong and capable machine. The fact that it's mainly a plastic body is an advantage for me, in that it won't rust like our old one did. 3) Our garden was rough, really seriously rough, so during the first ever use the main bars that connect the handle to the mower came undone. After tightening them it was fine. I did consider using thick plastic tie wraps to hold the bars in place but now I've used the machine a few times with the grass shorter I'm more than happy with it as it is. I can't possibly fault Einhell for this, it's just down to the ground this machine is used on. All in all we're delighted with this purchase. I'm a lazy gardener looking for shortcuts and the quick way to get back to the TV, but I do suspect that if you're a perfectionist who wants a superb looking flat lawn this machine may just fit the bill for you. Highly recommended.

We've had this mower since late summer and it's now late spring the following year. So we have done an end of a season and a beginning of the next. Let's start with some positives, the mower is light weight compared to our previous petrol mowers. It's the whole reason we bought it, to save us effort and in that way it does just as we wanted. It was easy to put together and simple to remove/insert batteries before and after charging. Now the negatives. If you live somewhere rainy at the beginning of the season the grass will get far too long for the mower to be able to cut it at all. We had to pay someone to come in and do the first cut for us. Also note our lawn is not flat and does not have great quality grass, which means the batteries sometimes only last a few rows before they need charging again. Based on the technical spec and gumph the manufacturer puts out, it should be able to do our whole lawn in one go - this has never happened! With even a small growth of the grass the mower batteries will struggle and run out of juice quickly. TLDR: Would do great job if you live somewhere dry, have a smallish, flat lawn, have top of the range quality grass, and have the time to mow two to three times per week.

Convient pour les petites pelouses, très maniable, légère et avec une fonction mulching. Les batteries se chargent rapidement. Excellent produit.

Heb deze maaier gekocht in 2022 om de randen van mijn gazon bij te houden, werkt prima en is licht in gebruik, maar vandaag gaf hij de geest. Mes draait niet meer rond helaas en hij maakt een bonkend geluid, ook na het schoonmaken geen verandering helaas. Zonde van het extra mes die ik erbij heb besteld.

Wir haben das Gerät nun schon seit drei Jahren im Einsatz und es leistet uns gute Dienste. Der Umstieg von Benzin auf Akku war die absolut richtige Entscheidung. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Schiebehilfe: Es ist wunderschön, die Geschwindigkeit dabei ganz flexibel regulieren zu können. Auch der Fangkorb hat eine tolle, großzügige Größe. Dank der Schiebehilfe wird der Mäher selbst dann nicht zu schwer, wenn der Korb komplett voll ist. Ich vermisse den alten Benziner kein bisschen. Es ist ein riesiger Gewinn, nach dem Rasenmähen nicht mehr nach Abgasen zu riechen und es vor allem nicht noch am nächsten Tag in der Lunge zu spüren.

Yaklaşık 250 m2 çim alanımızı çok güzel bir şekilde biçtik. Ürünü alırken benzinli mi yoksa pilli mi arada kalmıştım . Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim , pil ömrü nasıl olacak onu da zamanla göreceğim .

Klipper väldigt snyggt. Är lätt och smidig att hantera och köra. Behöver inte använda uppsamlaren lika ofta som med min förra gräsklippare, den här har bra mulchfunktion! Batterierna räcker gott till mina ca 600 kvm gräsmatta utan att behöva ladda. På minussidan: den var lite bökig att montera ihop och även att fälla ihop och upp igen när jag ska ta med den i bilen till min andra lilla gräsmatta, men det uppvägs för mig att den är lätt att lyfta och hantera när den är ihopfälld. Jag är jättenöjd med min nya gräsklippare!
