Great robust product.

I've had a 3 tier electric steamer for years, and I love food that's steamed but what I don't like is the setting up and the cleaning up after. The bamboo one looked to be easier and I was right un believable easier. I put some water in a wok sit the steamer in it, job done and with the cloth liners there's no mess.

I haven’t use it yet but it looks good.

I hate using the metal steamers but some meals we cook can only be steamed so I ordered this bamboo steamer and I cannot recommend it enough. It comes with two linen cloth liners and those are easy to wash too. Wish I got them ages ago, will probably buy more to layer and steam more food in one go.

It does the job but couldn’t understand why the bottom tier didn’t have a ridge to sit on as it just balances. But it kept the pancakes lovely and warm while eating our aromatic duck.

Perfect size for steaming dumplings. Also comes with the inside liners which I didn’t realise and was going to buy separately.

Easy to use, need some attention when cleaning and storing

Item was as described but the bottom tier was broken in transit. It's only thing bamboo and was very poorly packaged. Would have returned it but too big to bother with. Shame on you Amazon. You packed it
