I live in nys, is this bait work in streams and what kind/ Color ??

Yes it's a trout..bait. Chartreuse...is the hottest color... especially in murky water

could this work for carps?

We have a couple of grass carp in our trout pond and they never go after it so I would assume there is better bait for them.

Is this biodegradable/ non toxic?

Yes it’s biodegradable and non toxic

Ad says glitter but photo shows no glitter witch one is it ?Thanks

The listing has several options to choose different flavors. Corn in particular does not come with glitter. You should be able to navigate through the listing for the flavor of your choice, then scroll down and see the details for that selection.
