Ok so I have to replace one in a room unit. It was not fun at all but it’s not the fans fault. Anyways, it fit perfect and I honestly couldn’t be happier with this purchase. It was a direct fit and the construction of it was really good. Overall, I’m extremely happy.

Great product, slow shipping, may arrive broken
I ordered 5 and 4/5 arrived in good condition, I arrived broken. Return was easy and they didn't ask me to mail it back which is always appreciated. They are perfect and reduce the noise in our older ptac units significantly. The only thing is that they take a while to ship, so if it arrived broken, it's a pain to get another. In my case, wasn't even an option to get a replacement.
