We use this mainly on popcorn, and honestly, it tastes just like the popcorn you get in movie theatres. I love this and am so happy to have found this in Amazon.. thanks urban platter team!For me the salt is fine when i mix it with other things.. any cheese powder is gonna taste a little salty if taken directly ..ALSO LESS SHELF LIFE MEANS LESS PRESERVATIVES SO YOU CANT KEEP THIS FOR TOO LONG.. AND I AM OKAY WITH THAT.

Salty & Not upto mark
I tried sour cream and cheese Act 2 popcorn and somehow landed here. It has too much sodium and flavour is also minimal. One has to add quite a big qty for getting flavour but the salt will start kicking. Waste of money it only gives color flavour not upto mark

I wasn’t sure about this vegan cheese powder, but my 3 year old niece LOVES pasta and is lactose intolerant (and very very sensitive to dairy at all). I was worried that her 3 year old palate wouldn’t care for the taste but she loved it! It was creamy and cheesy and my mom who is also lactose intolerant is in love with it! Granted it’s not cheap but the only other vegan cheese powder I’ve dried tasted horrible and clumped so I think this is a great value for the quality of the product. It didn’t clump and was easy to mix into a sauce with the cooked pasta! My mom also puts it on her popcorn! Will definitely be buying it again! My niece is picky even for a 3 year old so her seal of approval is never guaranteed! Highly recommended!

Tastes strong but good
