ASUTRA Zechstein Pure Magnesium Oil Spray for Feet and Leg Cramps, Topical

I have purposely waited to review this product so that I can give it an honest review from my experience with it. I have been using this daily for 3-4 months now & THIS STUFF IS LIKE LIQUID GOLD! I have fibromyalgia & what I believe to be a couple misaligned neck vertebra (most likely) because I am perpetually sore every single day of my life. The worst soreness I have is the back of my neck & shoulders from tension & probably misalignment. I use special neck devices, etc. to help realign it & do stretches daily (which helps, but doesn't ever make it go completely away). I was really getting sick of using OTC pain pills like Excedrin, Advil, etc. plus I know taking these all the time is not safe. I also tried the highest % cannaboid tinctures on the market, & these don't do much for me either sadly. Not sure why. Taking stronger prescription pain meds is out of the question-don't even want to start to go there because of the danger. I have literally tried everything I can think of. None of the topical creams for muscle soreness, etc. don't work either. Out of desperation I bought this magnesium oil spray just to give it a try. I have used Epsom salt baths & that can help take the edge off a bit, so I thought-might as well try this spray. Honestly, I did not expect it to work since nothing else has. THIS STUFF ACTUALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE! It works 10x's better on muscle soreness than any topical crème on the market. It does sting, especially at first, or if you use it right after a warm shower/bath & your pores are open, BUT the stinging goes away in about 15min. After using it several times my skin got more used to it, so now it only stings once in a while-mainly if it's after a shower. The sting is a little annoying, but not super painful or anything. I will gladly feel a little sting for how well it works. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! If you have muscle soreness or tension, this works better than anything else I have tried. I don't know how it works on arthritis, but most likely it works well for this too. I now use it every morning to help as a preventive for my pain. It has literally taken my daily pain from a 7 or 8 to a 3 & it has cut having to take OTC pain pills from a few days a week to maybe 3 times a month now. AMAZING! I hope to never be without this product!

This stuff really helps with my sore legs at night and I've had less trouble falling asleep. I take magnesium supplements to help me sleep, but this is like the cherry on top. I feel like it's a little pricey, but honestly since it works this well I will more than likely reorder it. There is no smell, and it feels nice on my skin as far as oils go; it's not overly oily and just makes my skin feel soft and moisturized.

So here is the scenario, I have been having a pain in my shoulder for quite some time and could not figure out why I was having this pain. Fast-forward I finally figured out. I’m having this pain because my little 30 pound French bulldog pulls me so hard on the leash that it has affected my shoulder in my dominant arm. I came across this stuff here because I was trying to use my FSA, and I thought let me give it a try because I had heard about the benefits of using magnesium. I use this spray and immediately within 15 minutes my shoulders stopped hurting. I have used it a few times over the last few weeks. and every time my pain has stopped almost instantly. It does not have a smell to it. I really think this is a great product. I’m only giving it four stars, however, due to the fact that it does leave a slight chalky finish. But it is not enough to deter me from using the product. The slight chalky finish could also be a user error because I haven’t not once rubbed it into my skin as the directions state to do. I just spray, let it air dry or blot it with a paper towel. I thought to also do this review because my shoulder has not been in as much consistent pain as it had been before I started using this product. I use it about 2-3 times a week, the directions state to use it 3-5 times a week. Overall I’m satisfied with this purchase.

Edit: adding that my 11 year old generally healthy child also loves this spray on her back before bed. I wish I could give this 10 stars. It was in fsa eligible items and I saw it had good reviews. Figured I would try it. Had low expectations because it’s a spray. And looks like a miracle one at that. Tried on my legs, it stung and felt like I had sand on my legs. BUT I had shaven them that day. So my fault. But then I tried it on my wrists and hands because I have bad carpal tunnel flareups at night, this spray, within 20 seconds, calms them down at an unbelievable level. This doesn’t cure it. But it makes me able to actually sleep. Works better than my braces. Yes sometimes it stings. But carpal tunnel flareups BURN NONSTOP. I’ll 1000000% take this spray. I don’t get the science. And it boggles my brain. But all I know is, I spray it and it works.

This is not oil.. It feels like a cold water spray. Unable to massage into foot.

Great for pain. I use it in my legs and also other areas I experience pain and it helps me sleep without pain.

I LOVE this Asutra Magnesium Oil Spray and it has helped me immensely. I’m ready to place my next order and I'm ordering two bottles, now I know the great healing powers of this product, I want one in both bathrooms. I initially bought it for my migraines and spray it on my shoulders, neck, and rub it up into my hairline where the bump in my skull is. I even mix it with my Essential Oils and it works great. It gives immediate relief, better than ANY Rx. My neurologist Dr. had recommended I increased my magnesium intake by 500mg for my migraines. I bought oral tablets and had NO idea that a side effect was wicked diarrhea. This Asutra Magnesium Oil Spray solved that problem immediately, thank God and Thank you Asutra! I have VERY sensitive skin and was worried about my reaction. I'll be honest, the fist couple time it felt itchy and I had to take a cool wash cloth and wipe off after :15-:20 which still let me have the full benefits. It didn't take long before I had no, ZERO, sensitivity at all. I think the theory is that the sensitivity showed my deficiency in Magnesium. I now can even use it on my forehead and temples mixed with my essential oils and I love it. After reading the QnA's I discovered other great ways to use this fabulous Asutra Magnesium Oil Spray. If my calfs are bothering me when I'm trying to fall asleep, a simple spray will quickly solve that problem. Sore back from too much yard or house work, just spray on sore muscles and rub it in. I can't believe how quickly you will fell the benefits of this all natural spray. I highly recommend it.

I've struggled with severe anxiety for years. Thankfully its about to be 5 years being med free but lately my anxiety is getting so bad, especially at night when I go to bed. As soon as I lay down, my heart begins to race really fast and hard, I sometimes feel like my bed is shaking. My breathing becomes labored and since this lasts for hours, I don't sleep. I've tried every sleeping pill out there and for a while, Zzzquil worked but it stopped. I take melatonin chewables too but they aren't as strong as I need them to be. I also suffer from a chronic illness which means painful flareups. I'm on pain meds but they hardly do anything but dull the pain or make me drowsy. My Doctor kept pushing magnesium, saying it would help. She wanted me to get Magnesium Chelate with TRAACS and I did find some on here but they are only in pill form. I'm a nervous pill taker. I read the reviews and many, even ones who can easily take big pills said that they struggled with these and just chewed on them. Yeah, I knew it would be a waste of money cuz they would just sit in my medicine cabinet so I kept looking and found this. Was a bit skeptical especially about its potency but figured it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. It was definitely cheaper than the pills. I began to use it the same day I got it. Read a review that suggested to spray on an area of fat like the thighs so I did that. Went to bed at my usual time. The next morning I felt the same except as I recounted my night, I realized that for the first time in a long time, I had a dream which means that I got some good, deep sleep even if I woke up twice at night. (I had no bad reaction to it even though it mentioned that it can cause some itching. I did not get itchy or irritated. It felt no different than rubbing baby oil) So this has become my routine in hopes that I get a good night's sleep: I spray in the evenings. As I write this review, it has been a total of 3-4 days so far since I began using this product and I will note that even though I still get painful flare ups, my heart no longer races when I go to bed. My sleep is most definitely improving. I wake up and I actually feel like I slept a good solid 5 hours. (I know that isn't a huge amount but it is way better than 2-3 hours which was how much sleep I would get every night). I'm not waking up 5-7 times at night. It's now about 2 times. And this is all in 3 days of use. I can't wait to see how much better I get after a few weeks!

It was suggested to me that I try using magnesium oil for my neuropathy but it has done nothing for my pain. It may work for others but not for me.

This product is really good and really helped me sleep better and reduced my pain a lot.
