I’m a woman who is post menopausal and suffers from hot flashes and insomnia. When I tell you that this product is a life saver, I remember all my dreams vividly! I am a very sensitive person which might be a reason to be easier to get stress and depression. I tried so many ways including acupuncture and Chinese herb medicine, my physical and mental symptom were in the low point of my life (I can't even drive since my brain was so mess up so that I was not sure I could recognize traffic light meaning sometimes. Also I lost my memory occasionally) even my physical report is near perfect. Unlike some other products coming with side effect and unnatural feeling (like repress my depression & emotion) as my other trying. Usually I don't give 5 stars to most of the product I tried.
