This stuff is fantastic, and super versatile. I found out about it through my niece. She said she'd been making pork belly strips with it. So we gave it a try, and it was really tasty. We also use it to make chicken thighs on the bone. It makes the skin really crispy. As well as salt and pepper chips in the air fryer. It has a sweet taste to it, with just a hint of spice. Really good value for money as well.

Tasted to sugary for me not enough spice

I’d never made salt and pepper chips before. Since purchasing this it’s raised the level of chips we have ten fold. So easy to make, chop some onions a pepper and spring onions. Add some of this seasoning. Air fry some chips. While this is happening fry the onions etc for a few minutes before the chips are ready. Once the chips are ready toss in with the onions etc, add some more of this seasoning and your done. Lovely

Excellent condiment for "do-it-yourself" Chinese chips. In an air fryer it's just like they are fresh from the shop. Subtle balance of the salt 'n' pepper resulting in great food.
