Perfect treats!
Works as described! My cat has always been terrified of thunderstorms. Always. These help keep him calm so he doesn't panic and get sick everywhere! I give it to him about 30 mins before I know bad weather is starting OR as soon as the bad weather starts and it helps tremendously! No more hiding and crying under the couch! He actually enjoys watching the rain once the treats start working! These are definitely our favorite calm down treats. He doesn't get them daily and he only gets one at a time. He's a Nebelung cat and quite large. Not fat but just a big cat lol I've never needed to give him more than one at a time!

We WERE pretty happy with this
Update - July 27, 2023Until recently, my cat has eagerly eaten 1 of these treats before bedtime for an entire year. I don’t know if they changed the recipe or made a bad batch, but he will not eat from the most recent package I bought - and I bought 2 bags in June. I thought about trying the treats from the other bag, but they both have the same lot number. My current plan is to see if Petco has these with a different lot #. Will buy a package to try if they do. Might try contacting Pet Naturals as well. I called these my cat’s chill pill, because he would not be as annoying to me or his sister after taking. The lot number on the package he won’t eat is - 541202001 0325Original review - about June 2022You will need to figure out how this best works for your situation. We have 2 sibling cats, age 5. The boy annoys the girl frequently. She growls when he gets near. When he goes after her and they run and tussle, she screams. There is never blood, but we'd prefer not to deal with this. I originally gave both cats a calming treat around 5 p.m. with dinner. The treats are kinda large so I just break them in half. They both really liked them and I could tell they made both cats pretty mellow fairly quickly. We went through one whole bag and then I was feeling like the effects were not lasting very long. We were having some blow-ups -- lots of screaming -- around midnight. I decided to skip giving our female a calming treat, because if her brother wouldn't annoy her she'd be fine. AND I switched the timing on the treat. I'm now giving him the calming treat right before I get in bed (and I give her a regular cat treat so she doesn't feel cheated). For us, that seems to be very helpful. There are occasional blow-ups here and there but no more at night. (Except the one night I forgot to give the treat. Ay yi y!!!) I don't know if our girl cat is more sensitive because she's a calico. For now, I plan to continue with these treats for our boy cat at our bedtime.

Excellent choice for a calming effect for your precious kitty!
I was moving halfway across the country with a cat who had previously exhibited traveling anxiety just going to the vet. He's an indoor cat, but I couldn't afford to take him to the vet and pay for the expensive stuff, so this is what we tried. He has no problem in being interested in them! He seemed to enjoy them and they seemed to help him. He made an eleven hour car trip like a champ without one single problem. It didn't cause him to be drowsy or lethargic, just not cowering under a chair, freaking out. This is a really good product! Worked even better than expected!

YOU CAN TAKE THE CAT OUT OF THE ALLEY… BUT YOU CAN’T TAKE THE ALLEY OUT OF THE CAT
OUR JEKYLL AND HYDE PETITE RESCUE CATA while back, we rescued a poor little kitten who showed up on our doorstep. She was completely feral, and our daughter worked with her for a couple weeks to make her tame. Now she is one of the sweetest of cats… except that she has this Jekyll and Hyde thing going on.BULLYYou see, we also have a gentle giant male cat that is about twice her size. Unfortunately, she sometimes bullies him mercilessly. Not always, but sometimes she gets into a mood where she stalks him, shrieks at him, and then chases him with a vengeance. She also flips out when she is startled by him.I’m sure all of this behavior is related to her feral days when she had to protect herself and she had to forage for food.IT REALLY WORKS! — REACTION SIMILAR TO AFTER A KITTEN NURSESSo, in desperation, we decided to give this product a try. IT REALLY WORKS! Our little alley cat starts to knead blankets and then gradually falls asleep. It’s almost like she had just nursed from her mama. I’m sure the colostrum plays a major role in this aspect.BOTTOM LINE — YOUR RESULT MAY BE DIFFERENT, BUT EVEN SO, THESE MAKE A GREAT TREATBottom line: Every cat is different, so you might not experience a similar result. However, given the low price point, it’s worth a shot. I will say that both our cats gobble up these treats… evidently, they taste great. So, even if you get a different result, your cat will probably enjoy this product as an occasional special treat.
