Do these cover the bottom of the corner of the table as well?

typically covers three sides... top and sides or bottom and sides, dependent on how you install it. exception being if you are covering the corners of a thin shelf, the guard might extend slightly beyond the edge of shelf thereby technically 'guarding' the fourth side. I have these on any corner that my toddler or myself may come into contact with and they are great!

Is it easy for a baby to pull off?

My baby does pull than off a lot and very easily! So I think you need to ask your baby, try and see if he can or no.

What are the dimensions? Are these choking hazards?

Comparing to coin size the largest side (where the adhesive goes) is the size of a 50 cent piece or close to 1 1/4 inch at its widest point the other two sides are the size of a quarter or appx 1 inch. Whether they are a choking hazard I cannot say. they are lower profile, the larger ones I used in the past have stuck out further and were constantly getting knocked off. I have a 13 month old granddaughter who has so far left them alone. Also two Aussie puppies who used to eat the other ones and they are leaving these alone too.

these little clear pads are very unobtrusive. They are small, but certainly take care of the corners on my glass coffee table.
