Yes, super similar actually. I've been using nootropics for a couple of years now and I've experimented with various stacks. I liken consciousness to a combination of 300mg of adrafinil, 30mg of noopept and 1500mg of aniracetam. There is definitely a kick to focus, attention and detail but I feel my creativity lifted. Unlike adrafinil though, I notice absolutely no come down.

Can it be taken with coffee in the morning or should it replace it?

This seems to be the only thing helping me replace it! And it all depends on your tolerance. Try taking this first and then after 10 minutes, see if you need coffee. I have been drinking coffee every morning for years, and just half a serving will replace the need for coffee for at least 2-6 hours.
The best thing is after just 2 or 3 days replacing this with coffee, I have no withdraws and my body is already balancing out my energy levels without always having the need for a "boost". So after a while, I am not needing this as much as when I first started. But of course everybody is different and will react in different ways considering there is a lot of factors externally and internally to consider. In my opinion, it is definitely worth a shot as long as you are not allergic to any of the listed ingredients :)
