Does this toy make noise or is it pretty quiet? I’m hoping it’s quiet enough to entertain my toddler in church!

The only noise is a click from the plastic hitting when theh flaps open but the more gentle you push it the quieter the click. I love this, ive bought one for my toddler as well as 4 nieces/nephews. Its great for the car

Does this teach lowercase letters too?

Which shapes are included?

Im not sure what shapes are included. I bought the item as a gift for an 18 month old who is now 22 months and can identify various shapes!!

What languages does this come in?

It came in English, however sense Amazon is probably worldwide you should be able to get it in other languages. I would contact Amazon and see if it is available in other languages. It would seem unproductive not to make it in other languages.
