I keep buying this because it is the only one I will use for my pet. Scent is amazing, and I am happy it stays on the cat as long as it can. Just fill up a bucket of water, pour some soap in, and watch it bubble up. The cat never has any skin issues and I can easily bathe the cat quickly. Makes the cat look nice and clean for a long time.

The item itself is amazing and I'm using on my 2 kittens and adult cat and their fur feels amazing afterwards. But i had an issue with my first order and it was the same issue with the second order, but far less leaked out. The lids need to be taped closed when being transported, and especially when they're in just a bubble envelope for shipping and a plastic bag. The first order both bottles were opened at the top, the lid was practically off one bottle and it was all in the shipping package. The second order barely leaked out but both bottles, the tops, were still open. This would save a lot of replacement orders I'm sure.

The Burt's Bees shampoo always works well for my cat. However, the two bottles they sent me this time were leaking and it got everywhere inside the package, only left me with 2/3 bottles each. Please do better with screwing the caps tight before shipment.

Seems to work, does not foam up like regular shampoo which is understandable as using on an animal. Cat smells better after getting over the trauma of a bath!! Lol

The shampoo itself is fine. Burt's Bees has a problem with sealing the bottle for shipment or storage. The 2 bottles arrived wrapped in plastic. Not elegant but usually OK. I opened the plastic wrapping with a scissor and found myself holding 2 very wet and slippery bottles. I took them to the sink and washed and dried them. I then opened the cap and found that both caps were totally wet under the caps. There was no effective sealing. What surprised me is that Burt's Bees is a well known and respected supplier of various products. There are a few simple solutions to this leakage that Burt's should have considered -- . 1) Use a sealing pad at the top of the male threads on the bottle. This is very common and also indicates whether the product had been tampered with. . 2) Change the cap to a standard, simple screw cap (with internal sealing pad), instead of the "push-to-pour" style now used. The existing cap is far to difficult seal properly, and probably isn't needed. This existing style of cap is also very difficult to securely close. Frankly, if every time I order this product, it arrives as such a "gloppy" mess, I will consider using other products instead.
