Are the now acetyl l-carnitine produced in the usa and is it printed on the label?

To ensure quality control, they rigorously test for heavy metals and other impurities before it is imported, after it arrives in the states, and after the final product is manufactured. In addition, they are audited and third-party certified by UL LLC (formerly known as “Underwriters Laboratories”) as meeting federal cGMP regulatory requirements for dietary supplement manufacturing. They are also audited by the federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for GMP compliance.

Does this contain soy?
