Cadeau

Great product; Raw Brass for less $$$
I love fisher space pens, this is my 5th one. Lost the other 3 lol. I love them because they ALWAYS write. The patina of the raw brass changes a little bit everyday and I love that. Also, I've ever had one go dry on me. To be fair, I lost them before they had a chance. They're not perfect, but because of the quality materials and simple construction, they are pretty simple to fix if something goes wrong. For example, a common problem is that, on the front of the pen, the outer brass sheath will eventually separate from the inner barrell. Put some epoxy on there and you're good. Another small issue, you can see in the photo I attached that the construction may vary a bit. One pen sits way down into the shell before it stops, and the other fits higher up. Doesn't bother me, but worth noting. The other photo is an example of better materials: I was able to add a keychain to one of them. Drilled a hole, then filed and sanded it down smooth. What other pen can you do that with? I've got two now, one for home and one on the go. Where's yours?

Best pens I have ever used!
I have four of these for personal use with; black, blue, green and red ink. They are brilliant pens and I wouldn't be without them. they offer many advantages including: 1. I have found in life that work colleagues are normally too honest to 'steal' a quality pen. whereas Bic's etc. are fair game. 2. they don't leak in your pocket. 3. They write anywhere. 4. they even write when it's cold 5. when closed up they fit comfortably in my trouser pocket. 6. I have been using them for over ten years without any problems. I have found one major disadvantage, namely; you cannot take the bullet shaped ones on an aircraft, if you do you stand a chance of getting them confiscated. I asked security at Los Angeles (LAX) airport and they said don't even try it, strange that as they are made in America. I have got round this by buying one of the torpedo shaped ones and assembling it for writing before putting it in the scanner tray, it has been on at least 6 x flights without any problems. According to the blurb these pens cost £millions to develop so they could be used in space travel. the Russians took a pencil.
