Great Addition To A Low Carb Diet!
I’m so glad a friend introduced me to this product.It makes a great alternative to spaghetti in a Bolognese. I usually mix it in to the mince at the end of cooking, rather than spoon the mince on top. I also use this in Chinese stir fry as an alternative to bean sprouts. A brilliant addition if you’re on a low carb or keto diet!

This Is A Vegetable. It is Not Pasta
This is a vegetable. It is not pasta and as such it will never taste or have the texture of pasta. That said - I drained the can and deposited the contents into a microwaveable container and dinged for 3 minutes with some olive oil and a little sea salt. It tasted really good. It's also quite healthy. It's just a pity that I've had to throw away 2 of the 6 cans that arrived damaged/dented. They were well packaged so this did not happen during transit.

Always 3 useable cans and 3 dented unusable cans.
I have ordered these a few times and without fail, 3 out of the 6 cans are ALWAYS dented despite the box being intact.A paranoid person might say it was deliberately packed that way to get rid of an inventory of dented cans.Looking at the other reviews, this seems to be consistent. So, if you are happy paying £25 for 3 useable cans (works out at £8 per useable can!) - this is perfect for you.
