Well Worth The Money
We got our daughter this laptop for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. The screen is perfect size, and it runs smoothly and loads quickly. Will be looking at getting a different color for the rest of the family to use.

Dissatisfaction
I purchased this item brand new. As soon as it started the screen was glitching. I called Asurion, I purchased protection plan, they said it was internal and I'd have to replace it. Amazon don't replace this item, I had to refund it. This is a huge issue for me due to university assignments I have to submit. I had to purchase another laptop (and protection plan) before receiving the refund on the defected item that came to me. Rep said it can take up to two weeks before I can be refunded. It may have been glitch, but the whole experience is definitely a huge disservice to me.

Sticky mouse
Great computer but the mouse keeps sticking and it's hard to play certain games on it. Other than that it's a good buy.
