Good map and seller is very responsive

This is a super neat map. It’s got a ton of information and whimsical creatures and people. It’s likely more similar to the reality of the world we live in than the maps made for public consumption. If love if it were about 1ft bigger in both height and width, but it’s still fantastic. I’ve spent hours pouring over it, often with a magnifying glass. It’s true that not everything is legible even then, but it’s a beautiful peace, adds to the air of this being the lair of not just an artist, but also an intellectual. I wanted it for almost a year before ai was able to get it. I still need a frame, though I may just laminate it and build one.

faszinierend ,damals 1587, gab es schon eine Weltkarte , deckt sich fast mit den späteren Karten. Sehr interessant . Sollte man kaufen, wer weiß wie lange solche Dokumente noch zu haben sind.?!?!

We absolutely love this map and it was a great purchase, but not for any more than a decoration. We had hoped that it would be able to be used for tangible research, but that is nearly impossible due to the font. The seller is extremely helpful and explained that this originally was as large as a wall, so the quality is actually quite nice for the duplicated reduction. I would highly encourage this as a purchase (a magnifying glass actually works, FYI) but as mainly for home ornamentation.

The is a terrible reprint. Fuzzy and poor resolution. Don't waste your money .
